Premium Nutritional Products, Inc. is Recognized for Taking Steps to Improve Environmental Sustainability


The parent company of ZuPreem® is awarded for its environmental efforts by one of the leading packaging manufacturers committed to the Clinton Global Initiative


 

Shawnee, Kan.- Pratt Industries awards Premium Nutritional Products, Inc. for purchasing products made from 100% recycled paper in 2008. Each Year, PNP's environmental efforts will save over 12,000 trees and nearly 3.2 million gallons of fresh water.

Pratt Industries, the 6th largest packaging company, joined the Clinton Global Initiative in 1992 making a $1 billion commitment to combat global warming, and has continued their commitment to the environment and sustainability. One of their key principles is to provide high-performance, 100% recycled packaging solutions and services to their customers enabling them to enhance their environmental stewardship. ZuPreem took measures by not only reconfiguring packaging materials, but also by purchasing supplies made from 100% recycled papers.
